MY LOCAL GARAGE HAS OFFERED ME MORE IF I PART EXCHANGE MY CAR - CAN YOU MATCH IT?

Call us and tell us about your car and what you have been offered, we will do our best provide you with the BEST price. However, dealers can often appear to offer an excellent part exchange price - this may be because they have a large margin on the car they are trying to sell you and can give you some of that margin on top of your cars realistic value to make the deal sound more appealing to you.

If you sell your car to us you will become a cash buyer and as such are in a stronger position to buy a car either from a dealer or online for a better price. After all it is the cost to you to change cars that is the important thing.

We have no ulterior motive, we want to buy your car and are not trying to sell you something as part of the deal!

I NEED TO SELL MY CAR FAST, HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU BUY MY CAR?

An offer for your car can usually be made within one hour and we can usually complete a purchase on the day that you call us and always have funds available. We will pay for your car at the time of collection, so you do not have to wait for payment.

WHICH TYPES OF CARS DO YOU BUY?

We will buy most makes & models, have a look at our list of “cars that we buy”. If your car is not listed, please call us and we will discuss your car fully with you, even if your car is not one that we would buy, we can assist you with information as to your options.

I HAVE LOST MY V5 (LOGBOOK) – WILL YOU BUY MY CAR?

For us to be able to buy your car, we must have the V5 (logbook). If you have mislaid it, but the car is registered in your name, DVLA have an express service option, or you can complete and return a V62 form - obtainable from the post office or online from this link www.direct.gov.uk/

I HAVE FINANCE ON MY CAR - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You have two options;

• We can settle the finance for you, we will simply deduct the outstanding amount from the valuation of your car and pay on your behalf - data protection laws require that you obtain the settlement figure - and we need written confirmation from your finance company.
• Settle your finance directly with your finance company - we will require written confirmation from them that they have received full, cleared payment when we collect your car.

NB - If you owe more than the sale price of your car, you will need to pay the balance prior to us collecting the car. We will require written confirmation of this from your finance company when we collect your car. Alternatively you can pay us the difference in the form of a Bankers draft made payable to the finance company.

 MY CAR IS AN IMPORT - WILL YOU BUY MY CAR?

We will base our quote on your specific car, often, imported cars have different specifications to UK models and may differ in value. We are not afraid to buy imported cars - call us and we will discuss your particular car with you.
There are two types of import; "parallel" imports are cars purchased within the EU, which may have minor differences to that of a UK car or "grey" imports - purchased outside the EU, these cars require a different approach to valuation. Please specify the type of import when you contact us (details are specified on the V5 Registration document).
